Make your own mark on customisable products!

Penny & Meriwether is a unique customisation brand based in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

We are a small team of innovators - just a man, woman and a dog! - passionate about sourcing great customisable products for you to add your own personal touch.

Born out of a desire to find a way to engrave our own products to an exceptional standard, we invested in our own laser marking technology to bring personalisation in house. Penny & Meriwether uses our capabilities to bring your own ideas to life, on our favourite products.

We are a relatively new company, starting out in 2019 but we pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our customers and we want the quality of our products, personalisation and service to blow your socks off!

We are constantly adding new products to our range to help you find a unique and personal gift for your loved ones and our markings can't be rubbed or washed off so that your personalised messages can truly last a life time!

Delivery

We want our customers to have a great experience when shopping with us and we pride ourselves on our fast turnaround times for our personalised products. We will do everything possible to ensure items are delivered by the estimated delivery date, however, rarely, our products can be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will keep our customers up to date on the item's progress every step of the way.

We use a Royal Mail First Class postal service for all of our items but we do also offer an express shipping service using a tracked DPD Next Day delivery.

Our personalised products are all made to order and unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or refunds for any personalised items unless they are faulty.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all personalisation is spelt correctly. We are unable to remake products spelt wrong for free. If we notice a potential mistake, we will contact the customer to confirm but this can add a delay to production and delivery estimates.
