Both adults and children love these paper balloons; simply play catch, decorate children's parties with them, pop them in party bags or make a mobile for a child's bedroom or play room!
Each balloon comes flat; to use, simply blow in the hole which will force the balloon to expand, inflate and form into its circular shape character. The balloons can be flattened and blown up over and over again.

Our paper balloons have many uses but if you want to hang them up, as we have in our picture, here are a few tips:
1 Sew clear thread in the opening of the balloon or if the fish through the top fin and then use white tack to attach to the ceiling.
2 Unfold a paperclip to make a coiled hook and insert into the hole of the balloon, make a hook with the other end and tie on the thread and attach as above.
3 Insert a small chunky elastic band into the hole, tie on the thread and attach as in NO.1.
4 Use a match stick and break of the head. Cut a length of thread or twine as we have used and tie it to the centre of the match. Slot the match stick carefully in the hole of the balloon making sure you hold on the the thread and position it so it acts as a bar inside the balloon... then hang it up.
