We will make every effort to ensure that your item is dispatched and delivered the next day. This will happen 99.9% of the time. Occasionally due to circumstances outside of our control i.e, courier breakdown, courier strikes, weather etc. the next day delivery service may not occur. We cannot take responsibility where this is not been achieved but will make every effort to ensure your item reaches you as quickly as possible. Delays arising with couriers are outside of our control and are completely unavoidable.

In the event that you are not available to take delivery, some courier services and providers may leave your item(s) with a neighbour or on your property unless you have specifically told us you do not want your item(s) to be left in this way.

It is your responsibility to check you have chosen the right delivery date and address upon checkout and in your order confirmation. If chosen a specific delivery date, we can change details 1 hour after order confirmation but once shipped the product cannot be recalled and we would not be able to offer you a refund if you’ve chosen the incorrect date or delivery address.

If your delivery date has passed and you’ve still not received your order, or if you’re missing items or not happy with something, please contact us within 24 hours of your order due or delivery. Please ensure to include your order number (found of the packing slip or your order confirmation) and a photo of any incorrect or damaged items.

Due to this being a food product, we are unable to accept returns and we cannot provide refunds once items have been dispatched.

We are not responsbile for damages caused by couriers.

The Company shall not be responsible for any consequence of non-delivery or late delivery of goods due to any causes (such as weather, fire, strike, miscommunication, government control or shortages of ingredients. The company nor its third party couriers, take responsibility for theft of goods, once the order has been marked as delivered.

Delivery dates are always subject to change and therefore we strongly advise that non arrangements are made until you receive the goods and are fully satisfied.

The Company will not in any circumstances accept liability for any consequential loss of profits/earnings or third-party claims or detention or delay or expenses of any kind howsoever caused. This includes any agreements made through external delivery companies, including any miscommunications on delivery or dispatch times. We make NO GUARANTEES on delivery times, these are all estimated.

The next day delivery service applies on orders placed before 1 pm. The next day delivery service is available in most mainland areas but is subject to stock and courier availability and demand.
