Delivery info
Orders will be dispatched within 5 - 7 working days. Deliveries are made between Tuesday - Friday (excl. Bank Holidays). Please give instructions of where to safely leave the item if the recipient is out.
If the item is unabled to be delivered (due to wrong address details given, recipient out and doesn't respond to card requesting contact with the depot within 48 hours) the item will be returned to sender. For re-delivery another delivery charge will be payable before the item can be re-dispatched.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
