Hi, I'm Claire! Mum to four year old Mason and Early Years Specialist. I have written, designed and created playPROMPTS to help you through to nap time! These realistic play ideas are perfect for keeping little ones busy! All activities can be set up in the time it takes to make a cuppa using items from around the house!

My passion for play was reignited when I had my baby and soon realised the as lovely as the days were being at home with a baby, they could be very long. I used play not only to stimulate my baby to bring purpose and routine to my day. And as with all types of play, the simpler are always the most effective.

I created a pack of simple ideas for myself to use at home for those days when I was feeling exhausted but still had a little one to entertain, because let's face it, there are only so many times you can go to the park each week! Since launching in 2016, I have written over 20 packs catering for a range of ages and themes of play and I have sold over 10,000 packs of playPROMPTS!
