Hi, I'm Emma, Pom Pom Queen or the crazy pom pom lady!
I own and run Pom Stitch Tassel; a Devon based craft company specialising in craft kits and party boxes for children age 5+ and families.
I started PST after rediscovering my love for making pom poms and noticing how easily children were entertained by them.
I design, make and sell all of our products from our studio in Devon. Our range consists of 10+ craft kits all themed around pom poms, tassels and the Devon countryside. As well as our unique party boxes containing everything you need to have a craft party at home!

Since February 2019 the Princes Trust have supported my business and I am so grateful for all of their support.
As a non business-minded individual with no experience or qualification in this area, it was a challenge for me to go from a creative (and crazy pom pom lady) to business lady! The Prince's Trust have supported me along the way, encouraged me to achieve more then I ever thought I would and in such a small amount of time.

Delivery
Our products are all shipped using Royal Mail or Hermes Courier Delivery. We offer standard and first class delivery options.
Please note our party boxes are made to order so please order 2 weeks before the date of your party to ensure it arrives in time.
Where possible we aim to turnaround craft kits in 1-3 days, during busy periods this may be a little longer so please bear with us. If your purchase is a gift and is needed before this time, please contact us directly.

Terms and Conditions
In the instance that your parcel get's lost or is damaged on arrival, please notify us as soon as possible and we will send a free replacement. We of course don't anticipate this happening but do understand sometimes things happen in transportation and we will therefore endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Please place your orders for our party boxes, two weeks prior to the party date. All of our party boxes are made to order and we will need this time to turn the product around and send it out for delivery.
Good customer service is at the top of our priority list and we only want to leave our customers happy. I hope our terms and conditions are fair and should you need to contact us for any reason please do not hesitate in doing so.
