☆ Enamelware ☆
Enamelware is pretty much unbreakable but can be prone to chip - this is considered part of the character of the piece. It is still perfectly safe to use/eat from if chipped.
Please bear in mind the chance of enamelware being prone to chip - particularly if dropped - before choosing to purchase. We will not refund for chipped enamel as this is a known characteristic of enamel.
Enamel is NOT microwave safe. Enamelware is made from steel, therefore cannot go in the microwave.
This product can be washed in warm soapy water. Dishwasher may be too harsh.
As the design is engraved onto the product, there is no danger of it being washed off in warm soapy water though. Our enamelware is free from nickel, lead and other harmful chemicals and is perfectly safe to eat fro
m. We use the highest quality, long established Falcon enamelware for our enamel bowls.
☆ Engraving ☆
All the engraving and personalisation is done by us in our own home studio. We do not use a third party or outsource this. We engrave it all ourselves with our top of the range, professional laser engraver.
We can amend the design if you would like something else, but for the purposes of this listing, the item is the item pictured with only the names changed. Please do not place an order for something else without contacting us first to check we are able to do it. We cannot, for example, engrave emojis as these are subject to copyright.
Personalisation means 'name' for the purposes of this listing.
