About us

Pops and Dudes® is owned by me, Ashley. A mummy to two little girls. Every item is designed, made and hand packed with love by myself.

I'm Ashley, a 40 year old mummy to my two girls and wife to my super supportive husband. I live in Leicester, England. The name Pops and Dudes® came about from my daughters nicknames. Lola we call (Pops) and Daisy we call (Dudes). It all started back in 2018 as a hobby. It was at a time in my life when I needed something to focus on other than just being 'mummy'. I needed a hobby, I needed something for me. I started my little business in our bedroom. In the evenings when the girls were bathed and in bed I would go up to my desk/dressing table and 'make'. A year later (2019) I was lucky enough to be able to quit my job and do what I love full time. I now have a beautiful office of my own and I'm totally obsessed with my small business. Each item is handcrafted with attention to detail and made with love. Thank you to my customers for making my dreams become a reality.

All items have been independently tested and are made to the highest safety standards.

All items have been independently tested by a UKAS accredited test house. Teething toys have been tested to the toy safety standards En71(1,2,3) and are CE and UKCA marked. Dummy clips are tested to the soother holder standards

BSEN 12586:2007+A1:2011. Children's sunglasses: Assessment to Part 2 of the General Product Safety Regulation 2005 (SI 1803). So you can be assured that you are receiving items that are safe but also stylish.

Delivery

At Pops and Dudes®, every product is carefully crafted by hand and made to order, ensuring superior quality in each piece. However, please understand that this meticulous process requires time. Currently, due to high demand, our processing time is 5 working days, with possible extensions during half term and school holidays.

All orders are dispatched from Leicester, UK, with the option of free standard or express shipping for an additional fee. Standard shipping, via Royal Mail 2nd class, typically delivers within 48 hours, but please allow up to 10 working days for delivery. While standard shipping provides delivery confirmation to us, it does not offer full tracking services.

For fully tracked next-day delivery, we recommend our Express service with Tracked 24. While Tracked 24 aims for next-day delivery, please note it’s not guaranteed, as delays within Royal Mail can occur. We’ll dispatch your order on time, but delivery dates remain an estimate.

All delivery estimates are based on the dispatch date, not the order date, as each item is handmade to order.

Should you have any need to contact us regarding your product please do so via the Not on The High Street platform.

Returns ~ please be aware that we do not accept returns for personalised items. However, if we have approved the return of an item, customers will be responsible for covering the return costs.
