About

Pop-Up is a lively family run print studio based in the North East of England. There are five of us, Laura (designer), Jon (web creative) and our three little musketeers who like to help out. (Apologies if you find the odd Lego brick in your parcel!) We create and hand-print completely unique goodies, from kid’s clothing to jewellery and gifts, in our colourful converted post office workshop in Gateshead. We specialise in design-led personalisation and fun hand drawn graphics. We are passionate about what we do, but most of all we love making people smile. Delivery

Orders are dispatched by First Class Royal Mail.

Our personalised items are hand-printed to order and therefore take a little longer to dispatch. We aim to dispatch all personalised orders within 14 days. It is likely however that you item will be shipped earlier than that. We just prefer our customers to be aware of the longest time it may take.

If you need your order for a specific date please let us know at the time that you place your order and we will do our very best to get it sent out to you. Please note it will become harder to accomodate earlier posting requests as xmas nears.

Your order should arrive within 1 to 3 working days of your order dispatch date if delivery is to Mainland UK. Delivery to Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Island and other UK islands may take longer. Please be sure to arrange delivery to an address where someone will be able to receive the package if ordering more than a single item as the parcel may not fit through your letterbox.
