This unique heart charm necklace is made by our jewellers from 925 Sterling Silver with optional 18ct yellow gold or 18ct rose gold plating.Our jewellers finish each heart with a hand-textured finish before setting your chosen birthstones. For that extra personal touch, we can personalise the reverse of the heart pendant with a special date, postcode or short name.
