Each set includes letters L, O, V and E. The garland together measures 140 cm x 35cm
We include a free paper straw with your balloon but we do not take responsibility for this straw failing or failing to fill your balloons as this is a complimentary addition to your order. If filling with air, we advise you use a balloon pump or if the paper straw becomes weak, use a plastic straw. Once you have used your balloon, pop the straw back in to deflate the balloon so it can be used again!
