Inspired by heritage designs, British arts and crafts and colourful folk art, our lunch boxes and picnicware are ideal for lunch on the go, picnics, camping, alfresco dining and wild adventures! We are a small family business that sources, commissions and produces hand painted lunch boxes and picnicware from India. We started a year ago armed with a passion to promote beautiful, highly practical plastic free hand painted compartment lunch boxes as a sustainable, ever lasting lunch box solution. Fortunately we have been incredibly lucky in finding and developing fantastic relationships with the wonderful artisans with whom we work; combining their skill and handicraft heritage with our enthusiasm for seeking out beautiful designs, inspired by British Arts and Crafts, folk art and and modern design.

We are a family run business with a small team who are dedicated to delivering your Pretty Tiffin items in perfect condition.
We ‘ship’ twice a week using Royal Mail Second Class Standard Delivery (unless you choose to upgrade to first class). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, and all being well, your order will be with you within 7-10 days of purchase. However from time to time, adverse weather or other events beyond our control may lead to a slightly longer delivery time.
Please note; upgrading to First Class Delivery will not alter the picking and packing time, but will guarantee a quicker delivery once your item is dispatched.
Standard delivery items are sent via Royal Mail who will attempt delivery and leave a calling card if nobody is home. Alternatively, they may deliver to a neighbour or your local post office or depot.
You can liaise with Royal Mail directly using the information provided on the calling card to organise collection.
We will do our best to keep you updated, but if you have any queries about your delivery please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the goods for any faults or damages straight away. You have 72 hours to notify us of any damage or fault.

We want you to love every item you receive, but we understand that there are times when you may want to arrange a return.
If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition and original packaging with a completed returns form within 14 days for a full refund, excluding delivery fees. If the product is faulty, delivery fees will also be refunded.
You are responsible for covering the cost of returning items to us, unless items are faulty in which case you will be refunded. Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. It is important to include a completed returns form to help our team identify your order (please contact us to have one emailed to you). Without this, we may be unable to complete your refund or exchange. Please note, it takes up to five days to process a return though this may be longer without a completed returns form.

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and sufficiently to withstand the delivery journey. Failure to do so may leave us unable to refund you.
We recommend that you return goods using Royal Mail 2nd class and keep the receipt. We’re unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Upon receipt of your order, it is your responsibility to check the goods for any faults or damages straight away. This gives you the opportunity to refuse a faulty item and allows us to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. You have 72 hours to notify our Customer Care team of any damage or fault.
