For yourself or as a gift, the Lorelle Jumper Knitting Kit is packaged with yarn, pattern and put in a gift bag together with Care Instructions; a biography card of Lorelle the alpaca and it's packaged together in a clear resealable bag for garment storage.

Variations
Ophelia is designed to wear under the Ophelia Top, but she stands alone as a spring, summer, autumn top or winter vest. With waist emphasis, flattering neckline and subtle detailing, she weighs only 125g - 300g.
Using our comprehensive instructions and fabulous 100% pure, home grown alpaca yarn, Ophelia will be a joy to make. Knitted in one piece, from the bottom up, the neck stitches are held on a holder and finished after the main body has been made. This means there are no seams, just attaching the straps to the back of the body.
Stitch patterns: knit, purl, yarn over, k2tog, Skpo (slip 1, k1, pass the slipped st over) and cabling.
Five sizes available from X-Small to X-Large
Knitted on 3.5 and 4 mm circular needles, 80cm cable, 5mm needles for finishing the neck
There are 9 natural colour options to choose from and all are made with 100% pure British Alpaca fibre (from our own herd).
If you would like us to make Ophelia for you, our highly skilled knitters are waiting with needles poised.lukewarm water using shampoo and adding conditioner to the final rinse. We also provide Care Instructions which gives extra tips on how to look after your Purl Alpaca Design.

Packed together in a clear plastic, resealable bag (useful for final garment storage) and posted in a blue mail bag (40cm x 28cm); the weight will depend on the size ordered as this has an incremental effect. Final posting weight ranges between 200g and 450g.

Small: UK sizes 8 - 10, to fit approx 84cm/33" bust (2 skeins of yarn or 4 balls of alpaca/silk blend)
Medium : UK sizes 12 - 14, to fit approx 91.5cm/36" bust (2.25 skeins of yarn or 5 balls of alpaca/silk blend)
Large: UK sizes 16 - 18, to fit approx 99cm/39" bust (2.5 skeins of yarn or 6 balls of alpaca/silk blend)
X-Large: UK sizes 18 - 20, to fit approx 114cm/45" bust (3 skeins of yarn or 7 balls of alpaca/silk blend)

Each skein weighs 100g and is 270m long; each ball is 50g and 112m long
Alpaca is a fibre that works really well in keeping you warm; looked after, our garments last for years. As a natural fibre, it rarely needs washing as it repels dirt and doesn’t hold smells. Should you wish to freshen it up, we recommend hand washing in lukewarm water using shampoo and adding conditioner to the final rinse. We also provide Care Instructions which gives extra tips on how to look after your Purl Alpaca Design.
