Raisthorpe Manor's Plum Gin is produced using traditional methods of handpicking local plums, steeping them in Distilled Dry Gin and sugar and the mix is left for six to eight months to mature.

This gin has a wonderful flavour of summer ripened plums, the sweetness of the plums is offset by the juniper in the gin to create a beautifully balanced gin.
