We do hold stock of some items, and can offer a fast track production service, so if you need your table any quicker, please get in touch via the 'ask seller a question' button.

For Mainland UK postcodes, we also offer a 'White Glove' delivery service, where your table will be delivered to a ground floor room of choice, unpacked, checked, assembled and any packaging taken away.

We are happy to ship further afield, to more remote parts of the UK, Europe and beyond. Please contact us for a delivery quote.

About Your Order: We make each table to order in our studio-workshop. As soon as it's ready, your table will be dispatched with our trusted and speedy courier service. We will let you know as soon as we're about to dispatch and will provide you with a tracking number.

Your table will arrive flat packed in two packages (one containing the tabletop and one containing the legs and screws). The table is simple to assemble. We'll send you a set of instructions too.

'Standard' delivery service: if you have selected our Standard Delivery Service, please inspect your delivery carefully upon arrival. In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged, please notify the delivery driver and complete the delivery paperwork making reference to the damage. Failure to do this will unfortunately invalidate any claims for transit damage. We are unable to make insurance claims unless the driver has been notified and the relevant paperwork completed at point of delivery. Please contact us via your 'order enqeuiry' or the notonthehighstreet.com Customer Service team with photographs of the product and packaging. Please contact us no later than 24 hours from time of delivery.

'White Glove' delivery service: for your peace of mind and convenience we also offer a 'White Glove' delivery service (Mainland UK only). As part of this service your item will be unpacked and inspected by the courier at point of delivery. The courier will arrange the necessary paperwork in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged. Your table will be delivered to a downstairs room of your choice, assembled and any packaging removed from your property.
