About Rodo

A fun and playful paper good store!

We established Rodo Creative in 2011 and our skills range from bespoke Wedding Invitations to Thank You cards and everything in between.

We want to know your love story! We will work with all the small details of ‘where it began' to produce bespoke pieces from your 'Save the Dates' to your Thank You cards.

We get excited by design and pour all of our enthusiasm into our projects, with our clever graphics and friendly charm help our customers deliver the ‘wow’ factor for your guests.

Delivery

Your invitations can take up to four weeks to make from your start date. We will send the first proof within 48 hours of you making the order (excluding weekends and public holidays). We require up to 15 working days from final proof approval and payment until the order is ready to ship.

Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage.

Proofs: PDF Proofs are sent via email, unless specifically requested. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, wording, spelling and grammar. If designs are approved and signed off with type errors and subsequently printed Rodo Creative takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required they will be charged for in full. Therefore we would always encourage that you check spelling and wording thoroughly, twice!

Please note that the colour that appears on your computer screen will differ from printed colour copies (the difference between colour with light shining through, and pigment on paper), so we would always recommend that you print off the PDF proofs. This will help you ensure the scale is correct, all fonts can be read at the correct size, and that you are happy with the colour.

From approval of your final proof, and a full payment, your wedding stationery will be ready for delivery within 15 working days. If you are working to a tighter time scale we are happy to accommodate, but some schedules may incur a rush fee. Please mention your time scale on your initial enquiry.

If your products are personalised for you, we do not accept refunds on these items.
