Foraging is my most favourite pastime. Being out in the countryside and searching for wild foods most weekends is my time to be mindful, reconnect to nature and relax. Discovering new wild and natural treats is a delight and makes me feel great! The varaition of edible wild foods in the UK is phenomenal. My drawing shows some of the Mushrooms you can find if you look really hard.
