Foraging is my most favourite pastime. Being out in the countryside, searching for wild foods most weekends is my time to be mindful, reconnect to nature and relax. Discovering new wild and natural treats is a delight and makes me feel great! The varaition of edible wild foods in the UK is phenomenal. Often thought of as weeds, they are in fact all tasty edible treats. The Sorrell, Rock Samphire, Yarrow, Wild Radish, Wild Fennel, Nettle, Pineapple Weed and Wild Garlic.
