We are located on the beautiful North Norfolk coast line where our inspiration comes from the waves crashing on the rocks, the deer running through the fields, the owls hooting in the woods. We are truly spoilt for such beauty all around us.
We work from an old chapel that we converted a few years ago in our lovely little hamlet.
At home, we have a farm house that is slowly being updated and we share our home with our two dogs - in the forest to the back of our home we have a small holding where you'll find our pig, chickens and goats.
When we're not painting and processing orders you'll find us either deep in mud and wellies, playing in water or bare foot watching the stars at night through the flicking branches of the trees whilst swaying in a hammock.
We are all very 'earthy nature aware wonderfully helpful people' who share a passion for quality and beauty. This excels in our home, friends, business and life.

UK Order
All items are sent via Royal Mail 24 post - this is a tracked on delivery service. Unless an upgraded service has been purchased. We post every day.
International Orders
Are all sent via International Tracked and Signed for over peak gifting seasons.
Upgraded delivery
Is available, please check the options at the checkout.
When do we post
We post every working day.
Please note that noths state a Receive By Date.. this is an 'estimated date' and we can not control delays or situations once the post has been collected. Royal Mail state 94% of 1st Class Post is delivered next day.
If you are purchasing a date critical item - we would advise you to purchase the Next Day Guaranteed Service. Which comes at a fee. But it is tracked and a reliable service.
RETURNS:
If the error is on our behalf, then the replacement is free of charge and we also refund you a postal allowance for the item.
If the error is on your behalf, please return at your cost to The Old Chapel, Rose Cottage, Sustead, NR11 8RU - please write your order number on the return packaging.
NON DELIVERED ORDERS:
we must be notified within 14 days of an order not being received. If it outside of this time period then we are unable to assist. Do always contact us as soon as you realise your order has not been delivered.
DAMAGED ORDERS:
Any damages must be reported back to us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

All items are sent via Royal Mail 1st class post. Heavier items are sent via Interlink Express Couriers on a next working day service. Express Orders are either sent by Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm service or by Interlink Express next working day service. Saturday delivery is available as an upgraded service.
RETURNS: If the error is on our behalf, then the return is free of charge: returns are collected by a courier - normally My Hermes. We arrange a collection suitable to a time and date suitable to yourself. If the error is on your behalf, please return at your cost to The Old Chapel, Rose Cottage, Sustead, NR11 8RU - please write your order number on the return packaging.
NON DELIVERED ORDERS: we must be notified within 7 days of an order not being received. If it outside of this time period then we are unable to assist. Do always contact us as soon as you realise your order has not been delivered. We are unable to offer any refunds, replacements or alternatives if outside the 7 day period. During the 7 day period, you can request a replacement or a refund.
