Unframed products will be carefully packed in a board envelope and posted First Class Standard with Royal Mail

All greeting cards are sent Second Class with Royal Mail unless prior arrangement is made. Once dispatched I rely on Royal Mail to deliver for me. Refunds won't be given for late delivery due to Royal Mail delays, this is to protect small businesses income. Please order your personalised items with plenty of time to arrive.

In the unlikely event that the item you purchase is faulty you will be reimbursed in full including any return delivery charges.

I always aim for the photography of my papercuts to be as true to life as possible and always take photographs in natural light in order to reproduce the best colour. However, computer monitors can affect how colour appears.

I also give approx measurements for all items so that you can be sure an item is suitable.

Any personalised paper cut designs are made to order I cannot offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.

This policy is over and above my legal obligations towards purchasers and your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
