About Us:

We craft pure honey and Scottish produce that not only tastes great but is minimally processed, rooted in sustainability and authenticity. Founded in 2017 by Suzie & Iain Millar, our journey began with a shared passion for environmental stewardship and making a positive impact.

Our Mission:

Concerned by the decline in bee populations, we set out to make a difference. Starting with providing bees to Scottish beekeepers, we soon expanded to supporting all pollinators. This led to the establishment of our sister charity, RePollinate, which promotes pollination through education and wildflower projects.

Our Approach:

As we continue to evolve, we are developing our product range to embody the essence of a true Scottish Larder, where we champion the principles of slow food and regenerative farming practices. Each ingredient we use at The Scottish Bee Company is carefully selected and deeply connected to the soil, climate, and environment that create them.
