About Us

Creating & Curating Beautiful Things For You & Your Children.

Seb and Roo is a British, independent children's brand, specialising in beautiful teething goods, handmade accessories and baby and children's toys.

The business is owned and managed by me, Rachel, with the help of her chief product testers, Sebastian and Rupert. We are based in Yorkshire, England but have shipped products to all corners of the world.

When Seb was born, I came across teething necklaces. I loved the concept and functionality of them but not the styles, so when Rupert was born I decided to design my own. And so in 2016 Seb and Roo was born.

After the great popularity of our teething jewellery, we have gradually expanded our product range into toys, gifts and personalised accessories and our products are stocked in dozens of independent retailers in the UK and abroad. We have also carefully curated a range of products from handpicked brands that complement our own brand items.

How it's Made

Handmade Safely With A Conscience

Most of our products are handmade in the UK with love. Many of our designs use food grade silicone (a derivative of sand) and beech wood. Toys have been safety tested in a UKAS accredited lab and meet the relevant safety standards and are CE marked. Our teething necklaces have also been safety tested, although they are not toys and shouldn't be treated as such.

We love to beautifully package your orders in plastic free, recyclable materials. We try to reuse packaging that is sent to us.

Our curated products are from brands with strong ethical and environmental practices.

Delivery

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Each item will be packaged by hand and will include the relevant safety and use information. Necklaces come in a stylish branded pouch and we also use organza and paper bags for our other products.

Our products can be send directly to the recipient and we would be happy to include a handwritten note if you're sending a gift. If you select a gift receipt, no prices will be shown.

The majority of our items will be shipped in a letterbox size postal box.

Terms and Conditions

Our items are safety tested according to EU regulations. Toys are CE Marked. Teething necklaces are not toys and should not be treated as such. They should not be handed to baby and should only be used by children when worn by an adult. Do not sleep in teething necklaces.

Custom or personalised orders can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please carefully check the spelling of personalisation prior to ordering.
