Having had my own experience with mental health & burnout I knew that I wanted to create a brand that helped to promote and support self care, empowerment, love and friendship through its range of curated gift boxes, accessories & gifts. All sourced from fellow independent brands and all of whilst offering a modern, laidback sense of style, quality, not quantity, an attention to detail in everything that we do and a positive outlook on life.
For me, and the brand it is about celebrating life’s simple pleasures, whether it be wearing something simple & special that lifts your mood, lighting a candle, drinking a fabulous cup of coffee or snuggling up on the sofa with a cosy blanket, a good book & a sweet treat - SELF.uk was born.

Our orders are posted out via Royal Mail. We have two postage options available:
1. Standard delivery (2 Working Days, if ordered before 12pm). This is a Tracked 48 Hour service with Royal Mail. This service costs £3.99 for all orders.
2. Express delivery (Next day, where possible, when orders are placed before 12pm). This is a Tracked 24 Hour service with Royal Mail. This services costs £4.99 for all orders placed with us.
3. Saturday delivery (Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm, when orders are placed by 10am on a Friday). This is a Special Delivery service with Royal Mail. This service costs £10.95 for all orders placed with us.
We would always advise you to allow 2-4 working days for your standard delivery order to arrive. If you need your order delivered quicker than this, please select 'Express Delivery' at checkout for the next day service.
Please note, whilst we make every effort to ensure your orders are processed in a timely manner, in accordance with the postage option you have selected, this cannot always be guaranteed due to occurrences out of our control, such as postal strikes and delays. We will keep you updated where possible if we foresee a delay in your delivery.

If you purchase an item with us online and aren’t happy with it, you have 14 working days from the date of receiving your order to pop it back to us for a full refund or an exchange.
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the legal right to return your order within fourteen working days upon receipt of goods. However, in the interest of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to unwanted earrings. Earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.
We kindly ask that you make sure all products are returned in their original, unworn condition, with their original packaging and labels. Any items of clothing or pieces of jewellery that have become mis-shapen due to being tried on, will not be accepted. Any returns that are damaged may not be accepted and may be sent back to you, the customer.
On the rare occasion there is a problem with an item, please do not worry, we are here to help. Items are classified as faulty if they are received/bought damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. For example a snapped chain on a necklace or bracelet, is not a manufacturing fault.
