Shika Wellbeing UK is an award winning brand, bringing natural and sustainable wellness products. We are a husband and wife team, both qualified health professionals and we believe that health & wellbeing is our utmost priority. Living with Spina Bifida, I personally deal with lower back tension on a daily basis. The discovery of Acupressure Therapy has changed my perspective on my own health & wellbeing.

As the founder, I personally have health challenges, including lower back tension and aches due to Spina Bifida.
