Found in 2010 in England, Signare is the largest woven tapestry accessories brand in the world, from our UK and US warehouse, we supply our products to over 3000 retailers from over 30 countries. Signare has been nominated twice for UK Gift of The Year Awards! in 2020 & 2021!
Tapestry is an ancient woven art used for decorating palaces, castles and large homes across Europe. In the past, the ownership of tapestry advertised the power and wealth of kings and noblemen, Henry VIII was recorded to have owned more than 2,000 pieces of this art. Today, this ancient craft has been integrated with the largest technology to produce an elegant range of modern tapestry.
Signare has also teamed up with V&A, The National Gallery, Shakespeare's Birthplace Trust, Frida Kahlo Cooperation for licensing woven tapestry lines to support the artists and their masterpiece, looking into 2023, we will be bring more amazing licensing range with Paddington Bear, Peter Rabbit.

CANCELLATION RIGHT
If you need to cancel your order for any reason please email us, quoting your name, order number, item description and date of order. If however your order has already been processed and dispatched, you will need to return the unused product to us within 7 working days after the day on which you receive the goods you ordered.
If the cancellation is not about faulty products or incorrectly supplied goods you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the products to us.

Signare is not responsible for any items damaged or lost in transit. You will be responsible for arranging return of the goods and paying all costs associated with return.
A direct cost of recovery charge will apply to all returned non-defective which is between £2.25 and £4.50. For European and International orders, we will refund the price paid for unwanted items but delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please give us at least 7 days to process your refund once we have received your goods.
The refund will be credited to the payment account. If you provided an email address we will send you an email confirming that we have refunded your card.
ACCURACY OF CONTENT
If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. All images used are mainly for illustrative purposes.
The images are made to represent the colours and design pattern as best that is possible.
However, pattern layout may vary due to the cut of the tapestry material so images may not replicate the product pattern exactly. Sizes are approximate and may vary - therefore, measurements and images are supplied for guidance only.
PRODUCT FAULT
In the unlikely event if there is a fault with your product within 28 days of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt repair or exchange of the goods provided.
The fault is clearly as a result of poor workmanship or faulty materials. The fault is not the direct result of normal wear and tear or negligent actions.
PROOF OF PURCHASE
Please retain your ‘Parcel Summary’ document which is a proof of purchase and will validate the data from which your guarantee will start. It is essential to keep your ‘Parcel Summary’ document to preserve the guarantee.
