Raw Wildflower Honey

This honey can change in taste slightly dependant on season and what flowers are in bloom. Our customers find this honey is good when suffering from hay-fever. When taken regularly it helps to build up a tolerance to pollen.

It's thick and creamy in colour and goes well with robust cheese like goat's cheese or used as a glaze for chicken or salmon.

All our honeys are raw and unprocessed and will crystallise, they can be made runny by following the instructions given.
