Inspired by our founders father who has dementia, the Little Moments Journal is designed to bring a little structure and organisation to your day, supporting you and your loved one on your Dementia journey. The Journal includes lots of handy features such as daily reminders for mediation, prompts to do some body and brain exercises as well as monitoring important things like mood, sleeping habits, hydration and nutrition.
With its simple design it only takes a few minutes each day to complete and the undated pages means you can start the Journal on any day you like.
With every purchase made of our Little Moments stationery, we donate to Alzheimer’s Society and St Ann’s Hospice, so not only will you have a lovely product to cherish but you will be helping others too.

The Little Moments Dementia Journal is available in 3 soft, calming colours including Dusty Pink, Alpine Green and Light Stone.
The journal is spiral bound making it easy to flick between pages and comes complete with delicate gold foiling and protective corners to the front and back.
The journal has 207 spreads (414 pages) of 100gsm white paper.

We design all our products in our studio in Formby and partner with a small but wonderful UK based printing company to produce our products. We are proud that all our Sitori products are made here in England. We use specialist FSC certified materials and recyclable or reusable packaging.
