Adventure-proof, homemade, vegan, eco-friendly and on a mission to support rescue dogs - what's not to love?

We are Danielle and Kieran - the creators of ‘Snövargar’, which is Swedish for ‘snow wolves’. We live in beautiful Yorkshire with our own little pack of Nordic beasties: Alaska, Everest and Nova.

We rescued Nova in December 2019, after she was pulled from a dog-meat-trade slaughter truck. Since then, we have dedicated all of our days to showing her that life can be beautiful.

18 months later - a little bit of patience, a whole lot of love and with the guidance of her two Samoyed siblings - Nova is now the happiest little snow-wolf you have ever seen. She opened our eyes to the beauty of rescue and is the inspiration behind our brand. She is the reason we are so invested in supporting other dogs, who are without hope, to find safety, love and their own happily ever after - this is why 15% of our profits go towards rescuing dogs!

We are committed to giving our own dogs the most exciting, adventurous and fulfilling lives possible. We really feel that we have to make up for all that was taken from Nova by the humans who let her down at the start of her life.

We wanted classy, timeless dog accessories that could keep up with our adventurous lifestyle whilst also looking luxurious and elegant. We spend a lot of our time out in nature and therefore, we also wanted to ensure our products and brand ethos aligned with our respect for animals and the environment. We couldn't find anything out there that fit all our of our demands as consumers... and so we decided to fill that gap in the market ourselves, and thus... Snövargar was born!
