About Us

Spirit Lab is an independent cocktail bar, wholesaler, and e-commerce brand that merged with Spirit Store to simplify the concept of enjoying high-quality cocktails at home in a stylish yet simple way.

The idea came to us during the first lockdown of COVID-19, where the thought of enjoying cocktails from our favourite bars was dearly missed. The difficulty of missing certain ingredients and having lots of half-empty bottles caused frustration. The market was missing a “long” cocktail collection that had a shelf life of more than a few days. We, therefore, created 2 types of cocktails, the ready-to-serve and the add-mixer range for longer drinks.

Our bar, Bamboo Door had been closed for weeks with no end in sight, our customers were asking how to make their “favs” at home, and we wanted to give our customers their chance to do so with ease. Now with SpiritLab, making a bar-quality cocktail is as easy as pouring out a Gin & Tonic or a Whiskey & Coke.

Our expert mixologists have carefully crafted a wide range of cocktails offering both maximum taste and longevity of shelf life. Our cocktails will last over 12 months ensuring you'll never miss out on your favourite tipple again!

Delivery

Delivery Details

Our standard delivery service is 1-3 working days.

Next Day Deliveries

For next-day delivery please place your order with us before 11 am this will enable us to process your order, package the goods and book the courier. If you do require your order the next day and the 11 am cut-off has passed please feel free to call us as we may still be able to help.

Saturday Deliveries

If you require a Saturday delivery and you are placing your order on any other day than Friday then the order will be delivered the coming Saturday. If it is Friday please place your order before the 11 am cut-off so we can process your order in time for the courier collection.

Postcodes not included in free delivery

Sadly our delivery company charge us extra for these postcodes so we are unable to include these in free delivery. We only add the extra that our delivery company charge us so we do not profit from this.

11. OUR REFUNDS POLICY

11.1 When you have made a purchase from us, you may cancel your order or part order before delivery commences. You must also contact us by email only, within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The following conditions apply to this statement.

- The goods must be full packs.

- Perishable items can not be returned.

- Customised items cannot be returned.

- The goods must be in saleable condition.

- The refund you will be entitled to will be returned less original delivery charge and returns charge. This will be subject upto a 30% restocking charge, less any damage. (Business to Business)

- The refund you will be entitled to will be returned less returns charges. (Business to Consumer)

11.2 We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

11.3 Refunds will be actioned within 30 days of the goods being received back at our depot.

11.4 We do not have a customer area at the registered address so do not just turn up. Returns must be made by a registered courier with tracking.
