Hand embroider a set of four beautiful napkins with this art craft class in Brighton. A fun and relaxing experience for friends, mothers and daughters.
In this embroidery workshop, you will learn a variety of creative decorative stitches, how to create a beautiful design that can be applied to clothing, accessories and homeware as well as how to work with an embroidery hoop. A fantastic introduction to embroidery, the class is suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced stitchers. It is the perfect refresher for those who haven't stitched in a while. Newbies are welcome but previous stitching experience may help. Stephie can lend a hand to anyone who needs it.
The set of four napkins are made from cotton linen featuring four unique designs created by Stephie. During the workshop we will embroider the 'cucumber sandwich', learning all the stitches in the kit. If time we will move onto the other napkins. Participants will then take home all materials, equipment and detailed instructions needed to complete the kit at home.

LOCATION - StephieAnn's creative studio in Hove, 20 minutes from central Brighton, 10 minutes walk from the beach. The closest station is Aldrington. Unfortunately there are some steps and the studio is not easily accessible for wheelchairs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW - The workshop is approximately 3 hours, but may overrun by 30 minutes depending on experience levels. Tea, coffee and soft drink refreshments will be provided. There are lots of lovely cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars within walking distance. Lunch can be provided or pre-ordered in collaboration with a local cafe.
Get in touch for groups of larger than 6 participants.
HOW TO BOOK: A digital e-voucher will be sent to your Not On The High Street account 24-48 hours after the order has been placed. This will give you instructions on how to book. You will need to create a NOTHS account at checkout if you do not have one to receive an e-voucher which will be attached to your order enquiry. The workshop takes place weekdays and weekends. When ready to book, get in touch via the email on the voucher with your preferred date and time. If this isn't available, alternative options will be suggested. Depending on group numbers, you may have a private workshop or join one of our scheduled classes. Workshops don't run between November to mid-January.
