The bag will keep food and drink cool for 4-6 hours or add freezer blocks to your bag for all day freshness. The inside features an elasticated water bottle holder and the front pocket can be used to organise cutlery or daily essentials. The shoulder straps are padded and fully adjustable making it comfortable when using it on hikes.
