Makers of Sustainable, Luxury Dog Beds

Taylor & Tails is a family-run business based in the beautiful countryside of Stamford, Lincolnshire. We design our products with our own pets in mind, so you can count on them to be robust enough for the muckiest sheepdog and soft enough for the smallest pup.

We care deeply about sustainability and believe that making eco-conscious purchases shouldn’t have to be at the expense of a beautiful, quality finish. We create well-made, contemporary dog bedding that is built to last and effortlessly compliments any décor - so you’ll be just as happy with your Taylor & Tails bed as your pet is.

Our grandparents spent their money on quality products that would last decades - they followed the rule of buying well, rather than buying twice. In an era of disposable, low-cost products, the constant cycle of buying cheap, throwing away and replacing can feel unavoidable - but it’s a false economy. Delivery

SHIPPING POLICY

UK DELIVERY:

Deliveries within the UK Mainland are free of charge, subject to courier restrictions.

Delivery to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Republic of Ireland and Europe will incur additional delivery charges.

Where possible, items will be packed together to reduce deliveries. Where this is not possible, for example, when ordering two of our large Nest Beds, items will be shipped separately.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 1 working day, but this may increase to 3-4 working days during busy periods such as Christmas. Deliveries are shipped via APC and DPD, and you will receive email notifications about your delivery directly from the courier. If you are in urgent need of your delivery, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

RETURNS

Items may be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of your order being received, providing they are in their original condition and unused. Return post is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend tracked shipping for your protection. Once your return has been received and processed, the refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Terms and Conditions

DISCLAIMER

Scratch resistance: while the Products are scratch resistant and will withstand even deep scratches made by dogs, in some cases scratches will leave marks on the fabric. We shall have no liability to you whatsoever for any scratches or rips in the fabric unless the Product was faulty when delivered.

Whilst the fabric of the Products is strong, it is not indestructible and if someone cuts it with a sharp object such as a knife, or if your dog is a particularly aggressive chewer, it may rip. The beds are also not completely waterproof if liquid is left in the bed for long periods. In addition, some larger breads of dog may try to dig into the bed continuously which may rip the fabric. Accordingly, we make no representations or warranties to you regarding the indestructibility of the fabric and shall have no liability to replace the Products if there are rips, scratches, the product is ruined by liquid or the Product breaks (excluding a faulty product).

Any failure to follow the information regarding caring for and using the Products correctly shall be deemed misuse of the Product. We shall have no liability to you for any misuse of the Products or the consequences.
