The Bottled Baking Co

We started in September 2016 producing our range of handmade CAKE, COOKIE, MUFFIN & BROWNIE mixes beautifully layered and hand filled in reusable glass bottles.

The business was started by Greg Fraser as he was frustrated with the low quality, cartoon covered baking mixes available in the supermarkets that stood out to his then two year old son as something he wanted.

Using his love for baking he began to pre weigh ingredients to make delicious simple cakes to bake together as a fun family activity.

This idea quickly turned in to The Bottled Baking Co through layering high quality locally sourced (where possible) ingredients in to a reusable glass bottle, adding to the joy of baking by shaking the ingredients out in to a bowl.

The range of Cake, Cookie, Muffin, Blondie & Brownie mixes has grown to include favourites for kids and grownups alike including special flavours for Easter, Summer and Christmas.

Having won Gift of the Year 2021 Greg and the team launched a range of baking kits to rustle up paw-licking treats for dogs under the Doggy Baking Co name which have gone down a storm!
