Everything felt generic and lacked personality, so I decided to create my own. Please note that the crafting process can take up to 30 days from the time your order is placed. This allows our artisans the time needed to perfect every detail. Once your chandelier is ready, we’ll ship it to you with utmost care, and you'll receive tracking information to follow its journey.

By placing an order with TheChandelierCo, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Order Processing & Delivery Time

Each chandelier is handcrafted and made-to-order. Production time can take up to 30 days, depending on the complexity of the design. Once completed, we will ship your order and provide tracking details. Shipping times may vary based on your location.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods. All transactions are processed securely.

Returns & Exchanges

Since our chandeliers are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective. If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or repair.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we cannot accept cancellations as production begins immediately.
