Hello! Glad you found us! We are The Chicken Shed: a small, new business in a tiny Oxfordshire village, that is passionate about making great tasting chocolate, using only ingredients that do you good*. We do our homework to make sure that what goes into our chocolate is as nutrient-rich as possible, and as close to nature as it can be. All our chocolate is organic, contains no added sugar, and all our bars are dairy-free. We use sustainably harvested, raw, organic honey rather than refined sugar and work our chocolate at a lower temperature than is conventionally done so as to keep the nutrients intact. Our aim is to get the balance between health and taste right, and we think we have - but don't take our word for it: do try some and let us know!
