This chocolate has been created to replicate an apple struddle. We confit the apple to crystalise it and give it a baked flavour profile. These are then coated in a delicious dark chocolate and thrown through cinnamon. The baked apple and cinnamon chocolate dragee is perfect for Christmas and ideal for sharing at dinner parties.
