The Chuckling Cheese Co

A family-run artisan cheese company offering a variety of products and assorted gift hampers.

The Chuckling Cheese Company was founded in 2012 by Emma and Stuart Colclough, and is based in Skegness, Lincolnshire.

Selling the cheese that our family produces across the country, we go as far afield as Cornwall, Scotland and Northern Ireland, attending a variety of events such as The Good Food Shows, Chilli Festivals, and Country Shows.

We have a unique range of gift sets including customisable and set options, and sell over 30(!) different cheeses including classics like applesmoked, and hot and spicy, plus unique and interesting artisan flavours such as our activated charcoal, botanist gin and tonic, and truffle-infused varieties.

There's also a selection of other artisan products we sell including chutneys, sweet treats, craft beers, ciders and spirits, pork scratchings, assorted gift hampers, and extravagant cheese celebration cakes.

Awards

We were nominated for the Small Business Sunday Award which we officially won on Sunday, 18th August, 2019. This award was created by Theo Pathitis who is well known for staring on the BBC's Dragon’s Den. The Small Business Sunday award is an initiative for supporting small businesses across the country to help them grow.

Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within two working days subject to stock availability, and no longer than five working days. Please take note of the days we operate deliveries on. In the rare event of any specific stock shortages, we may substitute individual item(s) with their closest available alternative(s) so as not to delay their dispatch.

Our delivery times are for guidance and are not a guarantee. We cannot take responsibility for length of delivery time once an item is dispatched from us to our carrier. Where possible we will try to send you a tracking code for you to see what stage your parcel is at during the delivery process.

Deliveries are sent overnight from us on a guaranteed next day delivery service. In most cases a signature is not required to acknowledge delivery.

Deliveries are made to the delivery address provided during checkout. If you find you have made an input error please contact us immediately. If your order has already been shipped we will try to have it redirected however any redirection costs incurred will be passed on. Parcels sent to an incorrect address due to input error by the customer will not be refundable and a replacement may be charged at full price. If possible we can arrange collection of orders sent to an incorrect address, but the costs incurred will also be passed on.
