The company is based in sunny Bournemouth, Dorset with a small team who love to share their passion for specialty teas and teaware. Delivery

All our UK Mainland orders are dispatched using DPD Local Next Working Day or Royal Mail 48H depending on the service selected. This is a fully trackable service. Delivery will be attempted twice to your address and if there's no response to the calling card, the package may be returned to us. To receive courier delivery notifications. please ensure you include your mobile number when placing your order. We are unable to deliver to PO boxes, BFPO or addresses outside the UK at the current time.
