    "Lovely tea cup stool, they were delivered quite quick since they are made to order. Was a bit disappointed on one of the colour which was darker than thought it would be for a light blue, quality good enough and now looking forward to make good use of them. they colour the garden and that's what we wanted."

When ‘made to order’ - Any orders that are made to order cannot be returned. If products are received in a damaged state, then a replacement will be sent as soon as possible upon receiving written notification in line with our terms and conditions.

For items with 'free delivery' - if a refund is made, and the product is not faulty, we reserve the right to refund the full amount minus postage incurred sending the item.

If the item is faulty, all costs will be refunded, including the cost of return postage paid by the customer.
