About our products:
All of our candles made from 100% premium soy wax and hand poured in London. The Crystals and Smudge Kits are sourced sustainably and finished by hand in our Studio. Made in the UK with natural ingredients, our luxurious Himalayan Bath Salts and vibrant bath bombs are vegan, and cruelty-free.

Hey, I am Jutta!
Without self-care, I wouldn’t have the resilience or self-awareness I have today. Growing up with mental health issues, I felt so alone. It taught me how important is to build a healthy and caring relationship with myself, and it became my priority. My purpose is to empower women to take care of themselves mentally, physically and spiritually — not only on special occasions, but every single day.
I started The Sun & My Soul in 2020, with the simple mission to create products that help you on your self-discovery journey. Self-care is essential, but it isn’t always easy. With the right tools at hand, you don’t have to compromise on your mental, physical and spiritual health. Instead, you can build inspiring self-care rituals that slot right into your lifestyle and start showing up as the highest version of you, every day of the week.

Fulfilment Time
All orders received before 11 am from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays), will be dispatched on the same day. Orders that are received after 11 am from Monday to Friday or the weekend or Bank Holidays will be shipped on the next working day.
Personalised gift cards are complimentary and available as an option with all orders.
Royal Mail Service Update
Unfortunately Royal Mail themselves do state that on rare occasions it can take up to 10 working days to deliver parcels due to delays in the postal system. Despite this being completely outside our control we understand that through experience, once items are delayed they do turn up after a couple of days.
As such, our general policy is to wait until the full 10 working days have elapsed before taking further action in the way of sending a replacement or refund, as in most cases, the parcel does arrive in this time frame.
