Reminiscent of a Wagon Wheel, this scrumptious, squidgy, Classic Chocolate and Toasted Marshmallow Whoopie Pie is a huge hit with kids and adults alike. Based on the New England whoopie pie tradition, our Classic Whoopie is a soft chocolate sponge filled with our own divine melt-in-the-mouth Whoopie Mallow, a dollop of sticky raspberry jam in the centre, and toasted Whoopie Mallow peak on top. We just love seeing kids eyes widen as they spot these when walking past our market stalls. It’s simple, it’s classic, and it’s delicious. If you love marshmallow, this one will be your new favourite!
Our handmade marshmallow is made with Vege-gel instead of gelatin so is suitable for vegetarians.

Each Whoopie is approximately 8cm diameter and 6-7cm height depending on the flavour filling and topping.

A classic New England-style Whoopie with chocolate sponge filled with our own Whoopie Mallow, raspberry jam in the centre, and a toasted Whoopie Mallow peak on top. Our handmade marshmallow is made with Vege-gel instead of gelatin so is suitable for vegetarians.
Our Whoopies are fresh baked produce. They should be treated as such - they will remain fresh for 2-3 days after delivery. Alternatively you can freeze them immediately upon receiving them. They can be kept for up to one month in the freezer and defrosted in 1.5 hours at room temperature or in 20 seconds in the microwave (All microwaves vary).
