Gather wild food, plants and seaweed in 'The Garden of England', Kent and on the iconic White Cliffs of Dover.
After learning how to identify nutritious foods from the landscape we will enjoy a beach picnic and optional sea swim with changing facilities in the beach hut. There willl be recipes and foraged food to take home as well as tips on how to store and preserve seaweeds and wild plants.
LOCATION: The Wild Kitchen is based in Deal, coastal Kent. The foraging locations is approx two hours from London.
DURATION: The experience lasts 4-5 hours.

Renowned forager, Lucia Stuart founded The Wild Kitchen in 2012. She is a member of The Association of Foragers and has featured on BBC TV and Food Network. Her love of local, seasonal food and wild plants began in the South of France where she foraged daily for wild herbs and edible flowers for her restaurant's menu.
Britain also has wonderful food from the landscape and especially our twenty two thousand miles of coastline.
