A romance that starts the moment you realise that to craft quality Tequila,it takes time. We honour this time because nothing rushed is worth having and nothing worth having is rushed. That's why we say slow down and savour the special.

It took us 6 years to solve the problem of creating a tequila that is pure, sustainable and beautifully versatile to encourage the new and old to enjoy the best of Mexico.

Crafted from 100% mature blue weber agave that’s said to be harvested under the light of a full moon during the peak of summer, our ethos is to keep it simple. Relying on the talents of master distiller Augustin Sanchez Rodriguez and his passion for making it the old-fashioned way while using the best of the modern to ensure the planet doesn’t suffer too.
