Tigerlily is a creative studio based in the vibrant London Notting Hill and publishes a premium collection of greeting cards. Original cards are designed from the imagination of artist Suna Sezer with popular new collections representing diverse British culture.

Tigerlily offers elegant laser cut collections featuring wildlife, everyday occasions and hand applied special finishes.

Suna started Tigerlily during her maternity leave as a teacher of further education. She soon loved making cards so much she decided to leave the world of teaching behind to step into the creative arena. With a background in Creative Arts it felt like home. Since then her collections have come far and can be found worldwide, all starting from a little room-turned-home office.

I ordered a card but in a lapse of concentration I got it delivered to my old address. I informed the seller and she quickly dispatched another to my correct address free of charge. At Tigerlily we want you to be completely happy with your purchase, after all we're in the the business of sending joy!

We ask that all descriptions are read carefully before purchase, as some of our products are initially made by hand and photographed for print. This can make them appear 3D on screen. Where items are 3D eg Box cards, pop up card we will clearly state this. All items are carefully described but we welcome any questions if you are unclear.

Returns & Refunds

Items that are handmade, hand finished, laser cut or have elements of hand application are not returnable or refundable as they are made to order, unless they have been damaged. In the case of a damaged item, please contact us with 5 working days of receipt, with a photo of the damage. We will offer a full or partial refund or resupply the item as you choose depending on the issue, we aim to resolve with your issue with 7 working days.

Delivery

Please allow plenty of time for delivery, both domestic and international as we get very busy during the festive season and postal services even busier. We advise at lease 14 working days for internationals orders, although we have found items arrive before this time.
