All of our free standing house signs come already assembled, there is nothing to do to the sign except get it in the ground.
Sizes:
These stunning sign are available with either a small or large sign plaques, fitted between 2 solid oak posts using traditional joinery methods creating a rigid and long lasting joint.
The sign sign measures 17.5cm tall with a length of 50 – 100cm to suit the amount of lettering required. We will always allow plenty of room either side of your lettering to give your house sign a well proportioned look. The large Sign is much deeper, 25cm for lettering over 2 lines.
The posts are 8cm sure x 1.2 meters long, giving you lots of post length to put into the ground to keep them very sturdy once in place. Longer posts are available by request.
Lettering Colours:
These signs come beautifully finished with standard engraving or paint filled engraved lettering. You have the choice of Black, White or Grey painted lettering.
You also have the option of making the first letter of your engraved lettering larger than the rest of the characters if you wish. Please see images below.
Post Length:
Choose a post length of 60cm tall - up to - 1.2 metres tall. These posts sizes are the total height, include what you will need to put into the ground and also the area where the sign is mounted.
Finish:
Our signs come well sealed with water resistant Liberon Superior Danish Oil as standard, this finish will require regular upkeep. However we also offer our low maintenance Diamond-Coating finish as an optional extra.
