How it started...

A thoughtful gift for every moment....

TreatBox was founded back in 2014, not long after having my second child and moving to a new town, I was feeling lost, not really knowing what to do with my spare time... not that there was much of that! I was looking for a gift to comfort my friend who I had not long moved away from, I wanted to send her something that was personal from the heart and I couldn't find anything.

I wanted to create a box and have full control of what went inside, and sure there are websites who would print in a card for me, but I wanted something more personal. I realised this could be something special. So I created my own and started sending them to all my family and friends and the response was so incredible I started to offer them to others.. It's been 7 years of very hard work, endless nights in front of the laptop, and a lot of tea!

How it's going...

I am proud to now be sending thousands of boxes across the UK with an increasing presence worldwide. We are slowly growing a dedicated and lovely team with a huge passion for friendly and caring customer service.

ROYAL MAIL

Order before 3pm Monday to Friday or 10am Saturday and we will ship your order the same day.

Royal Mail 48 Tracked | Free | 3-5 days for delivery.

Royal Mail 24 Tracked | £3.95 | 1-2 days for delivery.

Royal Mail Special Delivery | £6.55 | Guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm.

Royal Mail are now offering Sunday delivery on Tracked 24 orders, this isn't a guaranteed service. There are a small collection of postcodes where Royal Mail do not deliver on a Sunday, see them here.

Express delivery is not available to non-mainland UK addresses see a breakdown of those addresses here.

Personalised items-

All personalised orders are dispatched Monday to Friday only (except public holidays). Any personalised orders placed after 3PM Friday, or on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched the next working day.

ORDER AMENDMENTS -

We have a 30 minute window for any order amendments that you would like to make after you place your order. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, change gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 30 minutes of you placing your order on the website. We will try and be as accommodating as possible but we try to ship your order as quickly and efficiently as possible sometimes we aren't able to edit orders.
