Handcrafted Furniture

Beautifully handcrafted bespoke furniture made with recycling and supporting the environment at the forefront of our business.

We hand-make beautiful handcrafted furniture and started off doing dining tables and benches, which we are now absolute specialists, and now have a whole host of different items from dining tables and benches to outdoor furniture to beds and bedside tables to coffee tables, side tables and bookshelf units.

We are a great team that all love what they do and they would love to put great effort into the items that they make for you too. The feeling in the workshop is that of a family with fun and laughter and the odd tantrum here and there...you get that in every family!

We take love, care and pride in the items we make no matter how big or small so you can rest assured that any item you decide to purchase will be cared for through our manufacturing processes, from start to finish.

We have a few simples rules

1. Use local independent suppliers and support local UK businesses

2. If you can't get local use UK

3. Recycle where possible - packaging, timber, off cuts, sawdust

How your items are made

Made with love, care and pride

Our materials come to us raw, from local independent businesses and our waxes and oils come from an independent supplier who gets them from UK based manufacturers...there's a whole lot of love for using independent businesses here!!

Our team of talented manufactures care about what they do. All items are made from planks of rough sawn timber, which is pretty much as raw as you can get, kiln dried to decrease any movement and then goes through a great process to get it to then end product.

The processes start off with planing of the underside of the planks so they sit nice and flat, planing the edges of the planks to rid of any splinters and rough edges, gluing and clamping, sanding the table, waxing in your choice of colour then oiling, and sanding the backs to ensure a smart finish all round. We then package ready for delivery where we use packaging from a local company who specialises in recycled cardboard packaging so even our packaging has good ethics!!
