Welcome to Twistedpendant!
We are a small family business located in Norwich.
Started in 2017 by me (Sonny) we have been continuously designing new jewellery to push style boundaries and offer quality jewellery which will last a lifetime. I work directly with my Mother & Sister to design the jewellery, Customise & pack customer orders.
Twistedpendant was built to try offer a masculine jewellery range (initially) which didn't just break or turn your neck green within a couple of days.
Our persuit of better quality jewellery with more customisation has brought many unique pieces to our collections.
Some of our most loved pieces include: Our gemstone earrings - these earrings are adaptable to be worn as earrings and necklaces. Loved by customers all over the world! The Italian Sterling Silver Collection is also a customer favourite with chains such as our love heart & greek key pattern snake chain, which are unlike anything seen elsewhere!
We plan on continuing to build new jewellery and offer more personalisable options to our current range. In 2024 we will bring engravings and personalised pieces.
This is Me
Hi, this is me Sonny. Im the owner of Twisted Pendant (along with my Mother).
I am involved in every part of our business from designing the jewellery to packing and shipping out orders. I love working with jewellery and hearing what our customers have to say about our pieces.
Over the last year I have been more involved in creating custom pieces for customers, so if you would like a custom piece created please don't hesitate to contact me :)
Our Products
Delivery
We ship our packages in envelopes which will go through your letter box. All packages are 'priceless' so they can be directly sent to recipients.
We ship with Royal Mail 24 (1st Class) in the United Kingdom. We also offer a Next Day service which will be with a courier which provides the best service (this may depend on the time but can include: Royal Mail, DHL Express, DPD.
Shipments usually take 1-3 working days to arrive if standard shipping has been selected.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Shipments International are sent by Direct Mail / Deutsche Post / Royal Mail.
Shipments can vary from 3-8 Working Days wit an Express option Available.
