We’ve sourced these high-scoring speciality beans from the Garigekhan Estate in southwest India's Chikmagalur district. Here, arabica coffee plants grow in mineral-rich soil alongside pepper, turmeric, oranges and lemons. No bells of St. Clement’s, though.
