About Us
Unique gifts for the ones you love
Hello! I’m Beth and I am the designer & maker behind Two Stories Gifts.
Our passion for simple design and quality craftsmanship led us to create our business in 2012, after struggling to find a suitable gift for a friend’s wedding.
We are based in Huddersfield, in the heart of West Yorkshire where I live with my Husband, Mark, two boys, Isaac and Abel & Eddie the Cockapoo. I work from my home studio where I spend most of my time designing, making and packing all our beautiful products.
I am inspired by beautiful typography and natural resources. All the wood we use is from renewable sources and all our card is FSC approved. We also pride ourselves on using recyclable, plastic free packaging. Our wood printing technique is unique to us and allows us to print directly onto the wood, leaving no residue or burn marks, just a beautiful, clean finish that we are very proud of.
Human connection is at the heart of what we do, building relationships, enabling communication and even assisting a marriage proposal.

Delivery
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items. We try our best to keep to an estimate processing time of around 3-5 working days, if you are requiring an order prioritising please send a conversation prior to ordering and allow us to respond. Christmas orders may be a little later than this due to demand so please ensure orders are placed with plenty of time.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in the shipping process, all our UK items are sent by Royal Mail second class and may be required to sign for. You also have the option to upgrade postage to next day- this is subject to the usual processing time unless previously communicated. International items are sent Royal Mail Airmail. You may be required to sign for this service. We will not be held accountable if you do not collect your order in time.

Personalised clothing
Wash clothing & aprons on a cool 30°c wash, items may fade slightly due to the dying process. Do not bleach. Do not iron over decal.
Wooden Items
Most of our wooden items are intended for decoration purposes only. They are not dishwasher safe, wipe clean where possible or hand wash in warm soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge. Do not expose to extreme heat. Please inspect all items before use, we will not be held accountable for any damage caused by our items.
Glass Items
They are not dishwasher safe, wipe clean where possible or hand wash in warm soapy water with a non-abrasive sponge. Do not soak. Please inspect glass items on arrival to ensure they are not broken which could lead to injury.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the personalised nature of these products they cannot be returned, unless the product is faulty or is printed incorrectly (this will not be accepted if the buyer has made the mistake so please double check!) Please contact as soon as you receive the item
